MinderApps™ (“we,” “our,” or “us”) is committed to protecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and safeguard your information when you use our mobile applications.

Information We Collect

Data Stored Locally

• App-specific data necessary for functionality (e.g., subscriptions, expenses, shots, game cards)
• Notification preferences
• App settings and preferences

This data is stored on your device. For apps that use iCloud (see below), it may also be synced privately to your own iCloud account. We do not collect it or transmit it to servers we control.

Third-Party Services

Weather Data

Some of our apps may use Apple’s WeatherKit service to provide weather information. When you enter a location in these apps, we use Apple’s geocoding service to convert your entered location (ZIP code or city/state) into coordinates for weather data retrieval. This process is handled securely through Apple’s services and does not require access to your device’s location services.

iCloud Storage & Sync

Some of our apps use Apple’s iCloud (CloudKit) to privately store and sync your app data—such as your settings and app content—across the devices signed in to your Apple ID. This information is kept in your personal iCloud account, is governed by Apple’s Privacy Policy, and is not accessible to us. Where an app uses iCloud, you can turn syncing on or off in your device’s iCloud settings.

Permissions We Request

• Notifications: To send you relevant reminders and alerts (for apps that offer them)
• No other permissions are required

How We Use Your Information

• To provide app functionality and features
• To send you relevant notifications and reminders
• To maintain your app preferences and settings

Data Storage and Security

• Your data is stored on your device, and—for apps that use iCloud—in your own private iCloud account
• We do not collect, store, or transmit your personal information to servers we control
• Your data is protected by iOS’s built-in security features and, where applicable, Apple’s iCloud security

Your Rights

You have full control over your data:

• You can delete the app at any time, which will remove all locally stored data
• For apps that use iCloud, you can remove synced data using the app’s data-deletion option (where offered) or through your device’s iCloud settings
• You can manage notification permissions through your device settings

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new Privacy Policy on this page.
